After 4 hours in in the Austin airport, a 45 minute flight to Houston, 6 hours in the Houston airport, a 6 hour flight to Lima and an hour bus ride to the hotel, we made it safely. Brock and I were a little disoriented mid way through the flight from Houston to Lima, but we made it alright.
Our first day in Peru went well too. Miguel gave us a tour of the the orphanage today, his background and the history that led up to the creation of the orphanage. The kids were very excited to see us and I'm sure they will be just as excited to see what we have for the tomorrow.
