Noble 45 Carnival

The 4th and 5th grade students in the Wednesday night bible classes at Westover Hills Church of Christ in Austin, Texas held a carnival last week. All the money earned will be donated to the Communidad de Ninos Sagrada Familia in Lima, Peru. Miguel would like for the money to be used to help build classrooms for the preschool children.

The students watched a video of a boy who shot free throws to earn money for people in Africa. This inspired them to do something similar. Thus they came up with the idea to support the children in Lima.

The Noble 45 students planned and ran the carnival. They spent weeks planning and advertising for this event. Some of the events were a bungee race, pie in the face (Mr. Brad), giant slide, bouncy house, ping pong fish, football toss, silent auction, snow cones,

cotton candy and of course a dunk tank. Mr. Adam, Mr. Scott, Mr. Brent and Mr. Kevin were honored to receive numerous dunkings!! The students set up, played and cleaned up!

They raised over $1800 to send to Peru.
